A month ago, I saw a listing for a photo class at the Mckee-Beshers Wildlife Management Reserve. They had planted six fields of sunflowers that would be in bloom mid July. Unfortunately, the class was at 6am and despite being with an awesome instructor, that is just too early for me to commit to these days! I sent the link to a friend, and along with another friend and their dogs we decide to frolic on our own Friday night. It was great, minus getting caught in a rainstorm, which actually made it even more fun (minus fear for my camera!). I got some pretty good shots, but I’ll admit I can’t wait until next year to go back and try again.
